The weather continues to make a fuss and to be inclement. But is there somebody who doesn't seem to notice it. My running computer.
Today I went out in the rain and after a huge effort, it had the courage to tell me 'way to go'.
And I explained him exactly which road should take and to go where!
But apart from my running fight I will talk about food that I have had the pleasure of tasting. It is a classic. Various insects.
This is a good parade found the Saphan Hin, Phuket.

Il tempo continua a fare i capricci e a essere inclemente.
Ma c'é chi sembra non accorgersene. Il mio computer da corsa.
Oggi sono uscito sotto la pioggia e dopo una fatica immane e umida, ha avuto il coraggio di dirmi 'c'é ancora tanta la strada da fare'.
E io gli ho spiegato esattamente che strada dovesse prendere e per andare dove!
Ma a parte le mie litigate podistiche vi parleró di cibo che ho avuto il piacere di assaggiare. É un classico.
Insetti vari. Eccovene una buona sfilata trovata al mercato di Saphan Hin, a Phuket.

One of the advantages of Ramadan (for those who are not forced to fast obviously, as Muslims) is to take advantage of fabulously delicious food market outside mosques in anticipation of the evening muezin's liberation singing.
Here we are at BangTao where often we shop for dinner. Exquisite food. Don't worry aunt Mary.


Uno dei vantaggi del ramadam (per chi non è costretto a digiunare ovviamente, come i musulmani) è approfittare del golosissimo mercato di cibo fuori dalle moschee in attesa del canto liberatorio serale del muezin.
Qui siamo a BangTao dove spesso veniamo a fare acquisti per la cena. Cibo squisito.

This post is for Grazia, to reassure her about our favorite places. It's true that in Phuket everything changes quickly, and that sometimes it is not for the better. But Layan, our favorite beach is still so. And what you see here is my favorite sun umbrella followed by my favorite dish: soft boiled rice with kung (shrimp).

Questo post è per Grazia, per rassicurarla sui nostri luoghi preferiti. É vero che a Phuket tutto cambia in fretta, e che a volte non è per il meglio. Ma Layan, la nostra spiaggia preferita è ancora così. E quello che vedete è il mio ombrellone preferito seguito dal mio piatto prediletto: soft boiled rice with kung (gamberi).
