I show you the fruit. Exotic of course. For here: i.e. apples. The closer come from New Zealand, the Red Fuji type or the Golden Arrow and cost 35 Baht each, slightly less than 1 Euro or a little more than 1 dollar, if you prefer. And then there are the Japanese Seikaiichi to 299 Baht a piece. Translated into Euros the hell of 7.50. I think I will buy one as a gift of good coming to Grazia. Next time, however, I will show you the mangoes. My favourite local fruit.

Vi mostro la frutta. Esotica, ovviamente. Per qui: vale a dire le mele. Le più prossime arrivano dalla Nuova Zelanda, come le rosse Fuji o le Golden Arrow e costano ben 35 Baht ciascuno, cioè un po' meno di 1 euro o poco più di 1 dollaro, se preferite. E poi ci sono le giapponesi Seikaiichi a 299 Baht al pezzo. Tradotto in euro la bellezza di 7,50. Penso che ne comprerò una come regalo di benvenuto a Grazia. La prossima volta, però, ci occuperemo di manghi, il mio frutto locale preferito.
